Purchasing your home will probably be the largest single investment of your life. To protect that investment, it is important that you work with a knowledgeable professional at each stage of the buying process.

No-one knows your requirements like you do and quite often buyers will buy something completely different from what they set out to buy. I love helping buyers and I find the best way that I can help is to provide information on properties, arrange viewings and use my experience and knowledge to strongly negotiate a successful sale on your behalf.

As you begin to look for a property, it is important for you to liaise with all of the professionals who will have a role in the transaction, not just me, your agent, but your lender, solicitor and valuer, if necessary. I have put together a tick off list to assist you in this current market.
